MOVEMENT IS LIFE

As I see client after client come through the doors walking in with no "MOVEMENT" in their walk. Telling a client, they must live in their bodies and move every joint they have and learn that mind body connection we were born with and lose as we grow up. The old saying, " YOU WILL LOSE IT IF YOU DON'T USE IT", is the truth. Stretching 10-15 minutes a day can make all the difference in your health.
