Freedom within the body. Fascia

Fascia is one of the least understood tissues in the body. ... Healthy fascia is as important to well being as healthy muscles; fascial imbalances can lead to a host of physical problems, from chronic pain to limited range of motion. Since our fascia is rich with nerves, clearing up these tissues creates a direct pathway for nerve signals to flow to the brain, which aids body awareness (proprioception), coordination, and our ability to control our movements.

Benefits of keeping fascia healthy

improved body symmetry and alignment* increased blood flow which means faster exercise recovery* reduced appearance of stretch marks and cellulite *scar tissue break down * reduced risk of injury* less day-to-day pain * improved sports performance
