Jill Miller is the creator of Yoga Tune Up and have been teaching YTU for over 20 years. Yoga Tune Up is a way of working with the body. YTU breaks down the nuts and bolts of human movement using yogic lens of awareness, conscious relaxation, static breathing techniques, and the Roll Model Therapy Balls self massage to bring you to an intimate understanding of your structure and physiology. YTU improves your over all strength, flexibility, and coordination no MATTER what style of yoga or physical discipline you teach or practice.

One of the primary functions of YTU is to make you aware. Awareness in YTU develops your ability to stand back and observe your physical, mental, and emotional activities. Awareness builds intelligence in a way we move and think. You have enormous potential for healing yourself and fixing the issue that plague your tissue. You wouldn't drive your car till it breaks down, you take it to get maintenance. Same for our body, you would should not wait till our body breaks down before we seek help.
